The St Marks plant stall will be back at the fete tomorrow and this is what awaits you there! Grab a bargain; perennials, annuals, herbs and vegetables, all there waiting for a new home 😊 St Marks school, 1-4pm tomorrow (Saturday 2nd July). 😊

Ideal For: Patio, Cottage Gardens, Wildlife Gardens, Cut Flower Garden
I have 2 gorgeous coloured Hardy penstemons that ideally should be planted out immediately so I don’t want to keep them for the fete in 2 weeks if I can help it. These would be £9 in the garden centre minimum (if you could get them as they are quite unusual penstemons). They will spread each year to a max. of about 40cm.

As there won’t be a fete this year, but we still need to raise funds for the school, I’m going to hold a plant stall at the Acland car park this bank holiday Monday 31st May and Tuesday 1st June, 11am-1pm both days. If you have any additional plants you’d be able to donate I’d gratefully accept them. Otherwise, please come to Acland to support the school, cash and card payments accepted! Thanks 😊😊💚

The first of the hanging baskets have gone to their home this morning😁 if you have tubs or baskets you’d like to fill please get in touch, I have trailing petunia, trailing geranium, trailing fuchsia and some other trailing plants as well. I also have some spare filled baskets to sell.

Things to remember:
* Perennials - come back each year
* Annuals - last one season
* Payment - by cash or bank transfer (I will provide bank details if requested)
* Order - by commenting on a post or sending a message
* Collect plants from Ashmore Green Road, or I may be able to deliver if local
* All profits go to St Mark's School
* All plants are raised locally, often planted from seed in my house
* Donations of additional plants are welcome - please message me
* Bees love flowers - we need bees!!

Gardener's Delight is reliable and a great favourite with home-growers. Grow indoors or outdoors to suit your space. It is recommended that you add supports to your pots for this cordon-type tomato.

(* note cordon (or indeterminate) tomatoes yield best results when pruned during the growing season, rather than being left as a bush. Pruning involves trimming side shoots, leaving the main stem to yield the leaves and fruit). Or Google cordon tomatoes 😊
