Today is Age Without Limits Day – a chance to celebrate the value, experience and contribution of older people while challenging the stereotypes and discrimination that ageism creates.

We're proud to reshare this year's fantastic Golden Age Games event, full of laughter, teamwork and a little healthy competition proved that staying active, trying something new and having fun has no age limit.

Age should never define what someone can achieve or enjoy. By tackling ageism and celebrating people of all ages, we can build stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Let's continue to challenge outdated assumptions and celebrate ageing with confidence, connection and joy.
