Today we done some glass tracing art which helps fine motor skills which can often decline as we get older.

Our photos came out so beautiful and we can't wait to display them.

Spill the T - last night we were meant to have a campfire cooking session, however, we opted to stay indoors because of the blustery weather.

Wednesday Walking for Wellbeing

It was a very wet walk but we still had fun.
If you want to join our group, we walk:
- Every Wednesday
- 10am
- meet outside the Lakeside Cafe

Afterwards to head to the cafe for a cuppa. The walk is generally on the easy to moderate side, as we have varied abilities. Its all about, getting out in nature and making connections

Our club is built on community, and we need your help to keep it looking its best.

Join us on Saturday 13th of June at 10am for a club-wide volunteer day.

Whether you can spare an hour or stay all day, every helping hand makes a difference.

Tasks include ground clean-up, painting, facility maintenance, light repairs and general improvements around the club.
