Clay Cross WI was formed on January 11th 2016, we have a good mix of ages and talents. We meet each month at the Rykneld Turnpike Pub on John St, Clay Cross, this is a real ale house. Please be aware that we are in the main pub and not in a separate room, although we have things in place to maintain some privacy. We welcome all ladies or all ages to our group, we even allow younger ladies to the w
eeks which are appropriate (although we have yet to hold one that is not). If you have a teenager who you would like to bring please them, please send me a message regarding the meeting first. The Rykneld Pub has a step entrance to the front, however there is a easy access entrance up the side, which we can open with ease. None members will be charged £2.00 and limited to three visits before they will be expected to join the WI. Please feel welcome to attend or WI, Do not feel you need to be able to craft or bake, we offer a wide range activities, skills, friendship and support.
