✨ Christmas Draw 2025 ✨

We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Christmas Draw, proudly sponsored by the NFU! 🎄🎁

Your support has been incredible! Altogether we raised £475! 🙌

Every ticket purchased helps for charity, and we’re so grateful for the fantastic community behind us. 💛

Congratulations to our winners, and wishing you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year! 🌟

A couple weeks ago members attended Holsworthy carnival! 🎡
Holsworthy Carnival was giving full Mamma Mia vibes and WE LOVED IT!! 💙 We had an amazing turnout and an amazing night had by all! Definitely was the perfect way to finish off carnival season!! 🌾

✨ Tarka YFC Dinner & Dance 2025 ✨

What a night! Tarka Dinner and Dance did not disappoint, plenty of awards were won and lots of fun was had🤩Everyone had a brilliant night filled with laughter!

Everyone was on the dance floor partying away celebrating our achievements, and it was brilliant to see our members celebrating another successful year for the club. So proud of how far our club has come! A big well done to the members who won awards:
🏆 Most points in Speaking Competitions!
🏆 Our Brainstrust group!
🏆 Boys most points - Sam Merchant!
🏆 Girls most points - Izzie May!
And for our final award:
🏆 Overall club with the most points!!! 🏆

As well as this, Jack Goodman received a nomination for the Members Member Award!

A massive thank you to everyone who helped organise the event, and our members who came and joined us to have a good night. Here’s to another year of hard work, achievements, and plenty more events!🎉

On Wednesday we had our bonfire night!🔥

We had bonfire to keep us warm, fireworks to keep us entertained, and sparklers to bring out everyone’s inner child. Young Farmers nights hit different. Sparkles, smoke, and good company.🎆

Massive thank you to Jack for hosting this meeting! Was a great night had by all! And Thank you to Jack and Mitchell for the fireworks!

🎃 October Recap – What a Month! 🍁

We kicked off October with our New Members Meeting! so many new faces and great vibes! It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and having fun from the get go.

Next up, we headed to Launceston Carnival, where we danced our way to a 2nd place overall! 🪩

Our Sports Evening brought out everyone’s competitive side, and after some warm ups, we jumped straight into netball and football fun! ⚽️

Then came Okehampton Carnival, where we showed off our best moves and had an amazing turnout. 💃

We also celebrated our Harvest Festival at the Kivells Dairy Ring, beautifully decorated by our members and filled with laughter and a fantastic crowd. 🐄

Members of the club attended the Devon YFC Harvest Festival at Exeter cathedral. The pillars were decorated by Woolsery and Winkleigh 🍂

Things got crafty at our Pumpkin Carving Night, with everyone showing off their artistic skills 🎃

And finally, we wrapped up the month with our annual Halloween Disco! a night of creepy costumes, killer tunes, and loads of laughs. 👻

What a brilliant month! here’s to more fun in November! 🍂

🎃 Pumpkin Carving 🎃

What a fun night we had last wednesday at our pumpkin carving evening.

Members created spooky faces to creative masterpieces. Lots of competitiveness and tool breaking going on aswell🤣👻
Well done to Charlotte and Olly for winning best pumpkins!

🎃👻 Halloween Party 2025👻🎃

What a spook-tacular night! We have proved once again that no one throws a party quite like us — everyone brought their best costumes (and dance moves!) to the party 👻

The night was full of laughs and great music by Dj Baz as always! Big thanks to everyone who helped set up and decorated🎃

OKEHAMPTON CARNIVAL 2025🎡

Last Saturday we attended Okehampton Carnival. It was amazing to see so many members on the float to represent our club (dancing away as always)😁It’s safe to say everyone had fun and are ready for the next Carnival!!!

On Wednesday we had our sports evening! ⚽️🏐

We started our Young Farmers meeting the right way, with a few warm-up exercises then straight into netball and football! Plenty of laughs and a bit of friendly competition! Massive thank you to Sophie for organising this meeting!!

Our next young farmer meeting for members will be the 29th October, more information to follow!! 👀
