Have you seen Orpheus?

We invite you to come down to the exhibition at the New Brewery Arts to meet the amazing Orpheus, which has been created by artist Russel Kirk, ahead of the puppet parade at 10am on Saturday 23rd Aug in the Abbey Grounds park here in Cirencester.

On the day, Orpheus will be followed by local school children brandishing animal puppets that have been made during workshops in many of the local schools as part of the project.

If you wish to make your own puppet, there will also be the opportunity to make one in our gallery.

Project Orpheus is made possible with help from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, with thanks to National Lottery players.

New Brewery Arts is a charity that connects people with the hand-made, promotes the joy and fulfilment of making and celebrates the role of craft and creativity in all our lives.
