It's this support that knits us together... this, and our love of music. Each week we aim to share one of our Hummingbird's playlists, a collection of songs that mean something personal to them, songs that may have helped them through a tough time. Sorry it’s been a little quiet on here lately… but behind the scenes it’s been busy, busy, busy 🐝

People close to me will know this is something I bang on about a lot… the frustration that we often only talk about mental health when things have already gone wrong. Crisis. Burnout. Breaking point.

But not enough focus goes into prevention, education and giving people the tools before they get there.

The good news? That conversation IS starting to shift.

And honestly, that’s exactly why things have been so quiet on socials lately… because I’ve been flat out doing what I genuinely love. Teaching. Educating. Having real conversations with real people across workplaces, teams and communities.

A huge thank you to every organisation that continues to trust We Are Hummingbird Health to deliver this work 💛

This week I had the privilege of working alongside the Premier League Foundation as part of Premier League Kicks, hosted by

In between the games, We Are Hummingbird delivered mental health talks to the young people involved, creating space for open conversations, building awareness, and reminding them that their mental wellbeing matters just as much as their performance on the pitch.

Football has an incredible way of bringing people together, and being able to combine that with meaningful mental health support is something I’m really proud to be part of.
