We’re absolutely delighted to see Mickleton Rangers Boys Under 8s celebrating their first win! ⚽️

What a fantastic achievement and just look at those smiles! We’re super proud of the whole team for their hard work, teamwork and brilliant attitude. It’s not just about the scoreline, it’s about confidence growing, friendships forming and enjoying every minute on the pitch.

A huge shoutout too to the incredible volunteer coaches who give their time, energy and encouragement week in, week out, grassroots football simply wouldn’t happen without you. 🙌

Keep smiling boys, you are amazing!!! 👏⚽️

We’re proud to sponsor such a positive and inspiring young team.

Together Cotswolds is delighted to share this on behalf of Chipping Campden Youth Club 💛

Come along for a relaxed and friendly community lunch in support of Chipping Campden Youth Club. It’s a lovely opportunity to catch up with neighbours, meet new people and enjoy good food for a great cause.

There’s no set ticket price, just give as generously as you’re able. Every contribution will help support the future of the Youth Club and the young people it serves.

No need to book, simply come along on the day.

This week I’m saying goodbye to my role at Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA). I’ve learned so much about our incredible voluntary and community sector, and I’m so grateful for the people and organisations I’ve had the privilege to support.

From securing funding and strengthening governance, to choosing the right legal structure, building networks and planning for long-term sustainability — it’s been an honour to walk alongside groups working tirelessly to make their corner of the world a better place. I won’t forget them or their inspiring missions.

I’m moving into a development role with a national charity — an exciting new chapter — but I’ll still be volunteering with Together Cotswolds to support the brilliant groups across this wonderful area 💚

Here’s to continuing to champion community, just in a slightly different way ✨

✨ January was a busy little month for us, supporting groups to choose the right legal structure, helping ensure best practice in how things are run, and supporting groups find funding & long term sustainability.

We also held our first online session in partnership with Up for Yorkshire, with 17 organisations joining us to learn more about finding funding. A brilliant start and such an encouraging turnout.

All in all, it’s been a busy month for our tiny, place-based, volunteer-run group and I’m incredibly proud. Even more so as groups are now getting in touch through word of mouth, having heard about the difference we’re trying to make across the North Cotswolds.

The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) has been activated today until further notice due to Storm Goretti.

If you are aware of anyone sleeping rough, please advise them of the predicted weather, and that provision is available to accommodate them.

Accommodation can be accessed through our Housing Advice team on 01926 456129 (option 2) or visiting our reception at The Royal Pump Rooms, which closes at 4.30pm daily. The office telephone lines are open until 5.15pm today, and 4.45pm on Friday. Outside the office hours, please contact the out of hours support service number on 0300 303 5573.

Our Housing Advice team should be made aware of rough sleepers whether SWEP is activated or not; we do not need to wait for SWEP to be activated to refer any rough sleeper to accommodation available.
