Bridge and Bloom Inclusion CIC is a community-driven hub dedicated to empowering children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and their families. 🌈 NEW HOME EDUCATION GROUP IN TUPTON! 🌈

We love seeing more opportunities being created for children and families in our community! 💚

One of our lovely Bridge & Bloom parents has set up a free SEN Home Education Group at Tupton Community Hub, and we’re delighted to help spread the word!

The group offers a relaxed, low-demand environment where home-educated children and young people can socialise, make friends and spend time together, while parents can connect with other families.

📍 Tupton Community Hub, Nethermoor Road, S42 6EN

📅 Mondays, 1pm–3pm

💚 Free to attend

🌈 All ages welcome

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent supervision required at all times.

This week at our Not in School Baking Club, we’re getting spooky in the kitchen and making delicious chocolate brownie mummies! 🎃

A little baking, a little creativity and plenty of chocolatey fun! 🤎

From this week, I’m going to start taking bookings for our Friday cooking sessions.

Because I buy the ingredients specifically for each session, it’s really helpful to have a clear idea of how many young people are coming. This means I can make sure there’s plenty for everyone while also avoiding unnecessary food waste. 💚

If you’re planning to join us, please book your child’s place beforehand. If plans change, that’s absolutely fine just let me know if you can so I can plan accordingly.

Friday fun at Bridge & Bloom! 🎃🍂

We’ve had another lovely busy Friday at the hubs today! 💚

Our Preschool Group got creative with some autumn painting 🎨🎃 — lots of exploring colours, making marks and, most importantly, doing it completely their own way. There’s no right or wrong way to create here!

Then our Not in School Cooking Club took on sausage rolls… although I’m not entirely sure “sausage rolls” accurately describes some of these masterpieces. 😂

We had traditional-ish sausage rolls, pastry-wrapped sausages and some VERY impressive freestyle creations! 🌭🥐 The whole point is having a go, learning some skills and making something they’re proud of, perfection definitely isn’t required independence is key!

Another Friday of creating, cooking and letting our children do things their way. 💚

And yes… they tasted good too! 😋

🚨 TODDLER BUGGY NEEDED 🚨

And in 30 seconds we are sorted!!! Thank you!

Does anyone have a toddler buggy lying around that they no longer need?

We’re looking for something lightweight but sturdy (if such a magical combination exists! 🤣) for a family we’re supporting whose pushchair has unfortunately broken.

It’s an urgent piece of equipment for the school run, so we’d love to get them sorted as quickly as possible. ❤️

If you have one gathering dust that still has plenty of life left in it and you’d be happy to donate, please drop us a message.
