We are delighted to introduce to you, Nettle Noo! 🧚‍♀️

Written by our very own CEO, Dee Denton, Nettle Noo is a beautiful children’s book that celebrates the power of kindness.
Dee is a truly remarkable, multi-talented human being, and somehow, in the midst of such a busy year for KidsBank, she has also found time to write and publish this beautiful book!

Inspired by walks with her daughters in the local area, this lovely, rhyming story follows a little fairy without wings, as she discovers that she can still do wonderful things.

We are so proud of Dee and are thrilled to share that 50% of all profits are kindly being gifted to KidsBank, helping us continue to support families in our community.

Copies are available to purchase now through the nettlenoo website. Order yours today to share the power of kindness and help raise vital funds for KidsBank. What's not to love? 💚

Can you help?

Supporting 247 children through both of our hubs in just one month, has rapidly emptied our boxes. Requests for support for children's clothing and other essential items continue to come in each day, and demand is now out-stripping supply. To help us continue fulfilling referrals as we head into the colder months, we are in desperate need of warm winter clothing for children age 0-12 years, in particular:
* Warm winter coats all ages, and snowsuits for 6-9 months
* Long Sleeve Tops
* Fleeces & Hoodies
* Winter Knits
* Sleepsuits & vests sizes 6-12 months

To ensure that items are ready to be given as a gift to the families we support, we kindly ask that donations are freshly laundered and in excellent condition.

Thankyou. We simply couldn't do this without you.

Thank you to all who have been donating this month - your warm clothing donations are being re-gifted to families each week, while your summer donations are safely stored here at Big Yellow Self Storage Chester, until they are needed.

Jeff and the team here run a brilliantly safe, accessible space, and we are so grateful for their continued support. It genuinely does make the world of difference to us, in ensuring that all your donations are safely stored, until it's time to re-gift them to the families we support.

It’s been such an encouragement to see so many of you coming through our doors with donations, since we shared our autumn wishlist. Thank you to everyone who has been in donating clothing, toiletries and equipment. Every donation helps us support families with young children, every day.

We’d like to say a few special thank yous to:
✨ Paul, James and their friends – who have once again been fundraising to purchase this incredible amount of donations, including clothing, toiletries, school uniform and so much more. Your continued support is amazing!
✨ Aled from Unilever – for always remembering KidsBank and supporting us with much-needed toiletries.
✨ Sharron, Morrisons Community Champion at Ellesmere Port, and all the wonderful customers who give so generously.
✨ Jayne and the team at GBG – for organising an office collection and helping us gather much-needed items.

Thank you to every one for coming together to make a difference.
