It is with a heavy heart that I have to anounce the end of Testify and Serendipity Sunday as it became.
Rekha and Stephen are not reopening Dabba, and are starting a new adventure.
I wish them every success. Their support for me in these spoken word events has been fantastic. Without their help and enthusiasm I would have given up long ago.
So it is with love and gratitude we go our separate ways.

SERENDIPITY SUNDAY.
Next Sunday, 30th November
Creativity is a wonderful thing. The opportunity to express yourself and share your inner dialogue with a broader audience is a thing of wonder.
Creative juice is always flowing at dabba, but Serendipity Sunday is going to be special.
We are looking for kindred spirits to join us for a creative brunch-lunch.
Testify will be leading with spoken word, tales of joy and despair with that wonderful sprinkle of personal experience. We would love you to bring a poem that you have written, a song that you’ve sung, a picture you have painted, or anything you wish to share.... Serendipity Sunday is your chance to communicate with like minded souls. All acoustic, no mics, amps or backing tracks.
There will be a veg or non-veg thali, the menu will be small but tasty leaving Rekha and Stephen free to join in the fun with a few renditions. As it’s approaching Christmas there’s an optional theme you can follow: the gift.
Please book your table via our website, https://www.dabbachester.com or send us a message or give us a call on 01244319225 and we will book you in. We will be open from 11am.

Plus delicious curries cooked by Rekha and Stephen. What more could you want from a Sunday?

Thanks to all who came and made it such a lovely day.
