👻🎃 Almost There, Little Pumpkins! 🎃👻

We’re so excited to welcome your little pumpkins to our Halloween Disco tomorrow! 🪩🕺

Here’s a quick reminder of the arrangements for the day:

🎃 First Disco Session – 4:30 pm collection

Children attending the first session, or those who will be using wraparound care, can bring their costumes into school in the morning. They’ll have the opportunity to get changed after the Harvest Festival Service.

Once the first disco has finished, children will be ready for collection at 4:30 pm from the top of the yard at the usual door.

🦇 Second Disco Session – 4:30–5:30 pm

Children attending the second session who are not using wraparound care should be collected as usual at the end of the school day then brought back for their session.

The second disco starts at 4:30 pm. Children should enter through the school office and will be dismissed at 5:30 pm via the top door.

🕸️ A Little Reminder About Safety

Please help us keep all our little pumpkins safe by following the collection arrangements and supporting our staff. The yard will be busy, and it will be getting dark, so we really appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Don’t forget to book their ticket via Arbor under the school products section as this is a cashless event!

Get ready to dance, dress up and have a spooktacular time at our St Cuthbert’s PALS Halloween Disco! 🕸️🦇

🧡 R, Y1 & Y2: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
💚 Y3–Y6: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

🎟️ Tickets are £4 per child and available via Arbor!

Your ticket includes:
🍬 Spooky sweets
🥤 A drink
🎨 Halloween-themed crafts
👻 Halloween tattoos
🪩 And, of course, lots of disco fun!

🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️ Fancy dress is encouraged, so get those spooky costumes ready! 🎃

🙌 We’d also love a helping hand! If any parents would be happy to volunteer and help us make the disco a spooktacular success, please send us a message — we’d be so grateful for your support! 💜

☀️🎉 Summer Fayre Raffle Winners 🎉☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who bought, sold, and supported our Summer Fayre raffle! Your generosity makes a real difference, helping us provide extra resources and enriching experiences for all of our children. 💙

🎁 Raffle prizes from today's Summer Fayre are now ready to be collected. They will be available from the school office from tomorrow morning.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you once again for your fantastic support. We couldn't do it without our wonderful school community! 🌟

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support the St Cuthbert’s Pals Summer Fayre today. It was wonderful to see so many families and members of our community enjoying the afternoon together.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing team of dedicated volunteers. Your hard work, enthusiasm and commitment made today possible. We’d also like to thank your partners, families and friends who were roped in to help with setting up, packing away and everything in between. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed.

We simply couldn’t do it without each and every one of you. Thank you for helping make the day such a success! ❤️
