💪✨ Super Social Friday: physio with Rosie

Join us this Friday 12 June for a tailored physio session with Rosie.

Recent sessions have seen us playing kazoos, building Lego and tackling all sorts of unexpected challenges, so we're looking forward to finding out what she has in store for us this week! 😄

As always, we'll be at Chesham Town Hall, 10–12.30pm, with our usual tea, treats and friendly chat.

Everyone is welcome, whether you're living with MS (multiple sclerosis) or supporting someone who is. No need to book, and accessible transport can be arranged.

🎨✨ Another wonderful Super Social Friday with local artist Veronica Powell yesterday

As always, Ronnie brought out the creativity and individuality in everyone. The finished masterpieces were as varied as the people who made them and there were some truly fabulous artworks on display.

These photos really show the joy and how lucky we are to have such a supportive, welcoming community. 💛

Join us this Friday 5 June for a creative morning with local artiste Veronica Powell. Ronnie will be leading an inspiring art session on "making masterpieces" (beyond that, we're keeping the details under wraps for now! 👀)

Our wonderfully well-loved volunteer Graham will be hosting a quiz morning this week. While it promises to be lots of fun, we suspect there may also be a touch of spirited competition from certain members 😄

🎵✨ Super Social Friday: music therapy with Sarah

Join us this Friday 8 May for a lively and uplifting morning as the wonderfully colourful Sarah Jenks returns from Chiltern Music Therapy.

There’ll doubtless be music, singing and laughter, along with our usual tea, treats and friendly chat.

✨ Our first Super Social Friday of the year is tomorrow! ✨

Join us at Chesham Town Hall, 10–12.30pm, for a gentle and uplifting session with .barbara Yoga. We’ll enjoy a little movement to boost energy and warm up, followed by something calming and relaxing - all in our usual friendly, supportive setting.
