‼️‼️Don’t forget!! Tomorrow morning we have our June Repair Cafe! ‼️ ‼️ Are you ready for Summer in the garden?❓

Come and see us tomorrow morning - SATURDAY 6th June 2026, from 10am - 1pm.
Unfortunately, our Jewellery repair volunteer won’t be available this time.

A reminder that we are still getting items that are very mucky. We reserve the right to reject items that have not been cleaned before they are brought in.

Repair Cafés are monthly pop-up events where volunteers fix household items in order to reduce waste, teach skills and bring the community together.
What can you bring to be repaired?
- Electrical items e.g. kettles, vacuum cleaners (no white goods / microwaves).
- Sewing repairs
- Basic IT repairs
- General e.g. toys, ornaments, small furniture
- Bikes e.g. basic bike maintenance
PLEASE NOTE - items must be CLEAN, and EMPTIED when submitting items for repair (especially vacuum cleaners, toasters and lawn mowers). We have had some very unpleasant experiences where this hasn’t been done 🙈‼️🙈

Bring your item and we’ll try our best to fix it - donations are gratefully received (contactless/cash!) and go towards the running of the cafe: providing glues, plugs, screws, straps etc.
No booking is necessary - but to avoid disappointment, an email ahead of the event would be helpful to check if your item is repairable; at busy times, those who have pre-booked will also have priority.
