🌸 Spring Holiday Activities – Chelmsford Muslim Society 🌸

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce our Spring Holiday Activities for children at Chelmsford Muslim Society. These sessions will provide a great opportunity for children to learn, have fun, and spend time together in a positive Islamic environment.

📅 Dates: 30th & 31st March | 1st, 7th, 8th & 9th April
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
👧👦 Age Group: 4–14 years

✨ Activities will include:
• Hajj-themed learning activities
• Social media awareness
• Fun physical activities and games

🥗 Lunch will be provided for all children.

💷 Cost:
• £5 per child, per session
• £30 for all sessions across the two weeks

Spaces are limited, so please register your child early to secure a place.

We look forward to welcoming the children for a fun and beneficial holiday programme, InshaAllah.

Eid has been announced for Friday. Prayer times as follows:

*Central Mosque*
1st Prayer 8AM
2nd Prayer 9AM
3rd Prayer 10AM
4th Prayer 11AM

*Hamptons Centre*
1st Prayer 8:30AM
2nd Prayer 10:30AM

*Please ensure you car share where possible, arrive early and follow the directions of the parking marshals.* Do not park inappropriately, on the pavement and grass verges – you could be fined. When the car park is full we will stop entry into Tydemans.

*We ask you to vacate the car park promptly following the prayer* (except the 10:30AM prayer) to allow others to park for the subsequent prayers.

Please bring a prayer mat and a shoe bag.

Sisters spaces available at all times.

Zakat-ul-Fitr of £5 per person should be paid before the Eid prayer.

As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāh,

A reminder that Fajr Heroes 2025 will be taking place from 26 December to 1 January at the Hamptons Centre, In’shā’Allāh. The programme is for young people aged 7–18, and *parents are also encouraged to attend,* with separate sessions for mothers and fathers focusing on Islamic parenting and beneficial discussions. Breakfast is included each morning, and the fee is £10 for the full week.
To help us organise properly, we need registrations as soon as possible.
The deadline to register is *Sunday 21st December 2025.*
