There is nothing quite like moving to the sound of live music with a warm and welcoming group.

We use traditional choreography from West Africa to make a fun and effective workout, accompanied by live African Drumming.

Each class starts with a warm up, then we work on the same dance for around 6 or 7 weeks, so you really get to know and enjoy it.
​
We finish with a cool down and stretching, always leaving with big smiles on our faces!
