What is the Bodyweight Blast session? The Bodyweight Blast class focuses on 30 min of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT can be done by anyone, at their own level. All exercises can be done with modifications to reduce the intensity, and they can be done with or without weights. The purpose of this session is to work multiple muscle groups at the same time t

o give you incredible results for those 30 mins you commit! By working muscle groups at the same time, you burn more calories, shred more fat and tone up quicker. It's why it works so well, and why it's worth doing! We have people of all abilities doing this class, so come and give it a try - it really is worth it! What is the Tone and Tighten class? The second part of the class is called Tone and Tighten, where we use free weights and body weights to work specific muscle groups to bring overall tone and strength to the body - it compliments the HIIT session. We work the arms, core and legs in different ways using combination moves to target all of the muscles and get maximum results. Your arms will quickly show improvements in tone, your shoulders, bum, thighs, calves will all become defined, your stomach and back will become strong and you'll walk tall, proud of what you've achieved!
