A few of us headed to BOXPARK Croydon for their Monday quiz night.❓A great evening and we didn’t embarrass ourselves with a fairly respectable 10th place finish! 👌🏻

Monday night we’re going to meet up for a casual bank holiday drink, a chance to chill out before the chaos of September hits! 🍻

We are just a bunch of ordinary guys aged 18-45 that meet up every other Monday night, we do some random activity then go for a drink afterwards 😀

Earlier this month we held a home hosted pizza night! 🍕
Roll the dough, pick the toppings and cook it yourself 🔥 Just don’t burn it!

We all had lots of fun and a great chance to catch up over the holiday season. 🍻

We are just a bunch of ordinary guys aged 18-45 that meet up every other Monday night, we do some random activity then go for a drink afterwards 😀

This week we arranged to meet up with the other Round Tables in our area for some Archery Tag 🏹🏹 We had an amazing time unleashing our inner Robin Hood 😅

Thanks to Kingston Round Table No. 19 for hosting the great event. It was also a chance to catch up with the guys from Caterham Round Table, Redhill and Reigate Round Table No. 119 and Clapham Round Table 20. There are Round Tables all over not just London but the World 🌏

This week was Battle Tag Archery 🏹 next week we’re having a home made pizza night! 🍕

Last week was the craziest of crazy golf at Horton Golf Park ⛳️

We headed out in the evening sun ☀️ , some challenging holes with a great group of mates.

We were joined by our Area 18 Chairman Alex Smith and Luke who was back visiting from Portsmouth & Southsea Round Table.

Congratulations to Alex and Chris on a joint win 🏆 with a round of 47! 🏌🏻

Next up we’re playing Combat Archery 🏹 with the rest of Round Table Area 18 - London Surrey on Thursday. A cracking event and looking forward to meeting the guys from

International Day of Friendship 🌍

Funny really… some of the best friendships start completely by accident.

You turn up not knowing many people, have a laugh, get involved in something new, and before long you’ve found yourself surrounded by people who become a genuinely important part of your life.

People to celebrate with.
People to rely on.
People who make ordinary moments better just by being there.

As adults, making new friends isn’t always easy. Life gets busy, routines take over and years can fly by without really expanding your circle.

That’s one of the things that makes Round Table special.

It’s not just about events or activities - it’s about friendship, community and finding your people.

And honestly, life’s a lot better when you’ve got good mates around you ❤️

So on this International Day of Friendship, here's a shout out to all our friends from across the world.

The other week we enjoyed our annual Single Iron Golf challenge ⛳️

As the name suggests, 9 holes of golf and just 1 club. Pick wisely because you can’t change it. 🏌🏻

Congratulations to Alex on a solid win 🏆 and unfortunately for Adam he retained his RearEnd award! 💩

Tomorrow night we’ll be tackling the adventure golf at Horton Park!

We’ve finally recovered from our Cricket match vs Wallington & Carshalton 41 Club at Beddington Cricket Club we play this match every year in memory of a past member Tim Cruwys.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to defend the trophy again, we battled it out and the better team won! 🏆

41 club batted first and left us a target of 128 runs, we just couldn’t get there within the overs and managed 105! 🏏

Congratulations, we’ll be back stronger next year….. 💪🏻

Next Monday we’ll be taking on our Single iron Golf challenge ⛳️

Last night we enjoyed the weather with an evening of Archery 🏹 at Nonsuch Bowmen

A huge thank you to the instructors, we all had a brilliant time with lots of helpful tips. 🎯

Next Monday is our annual Cricket 🏏 match against Wallington & Carshalton 41 Club. This is played in memory of a past member Tim Cruwys.

To all the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and role models out there...

Happy Father's Day ♥️

Here's to the early mornings, late nights, school runs, terrible DIY attempts, questionable BBQ skills and all the unseen stuff in between.

To the men working hard to set a good example.
To the dads trying their best every single day.
To the guys showing kindness, patience, resilience and humour when it matters most.

You may not realise it, but the little things you do leave a massive impact.

Round Table is full of dads balancing work, family life, friendships and everything else life throws at you - and we know just how important good people and good support networks can be.

So take a moment, pop your feet up, and remember - you're doing awesome.

For almost 58 years we’ve been supporting the amazing work Oaks Way Centre does. We’re very proud to look back and see the growth over all those years!

Did you know that The Oaks Way Senior Centre was built in 1968 by Round Table. Over the years the centre has been financially supported by both Wallington and Carshalton Round Table & Rotary Club of Carshalton Park, both clubs also have members as trustees.
The Oaks Way Senior Centre provides day care services for the elderly living in London Borough of Sutton.
