❓❓❓What is Round Table❓❓❓

✅Yes - we are just an average group of guys looking to get out of the house once or twice a month, do different things and escape from the pressures of everyday life!

❌No - there is no special criteria. Events are always affordable, and you don’t have to make every event.

✅ Yes - new members are always welcome. All men aged 18-45 can join. Events are midweek too, so they don’t clash with family time or other friendships.

❌No – It’s not just men, women can join our sister organisation here - Ladies Circle Great Britain and Ireland There are over 40 clubs too - 41 Club GB&I, National Association of Tangent Clubs 😀👍

✅Yes – we also give back to the community now and then and have a great laugh doing it.

Right, so apparently Transport for London didn’t fancy putting THIS Ricky Gervais inspired masterpiece up on their precious platforms🚉
Something about “not appropriate for public transport” and “please stop emailing us.”
Fair enough😅

But look, if you did see this on the underground, you'd know exactly what it means:

It's just a bunch of ordinary blokes aged 18–45, meeting every other week, beating the midweek hump by getting out of the house and having a night off from life and responsibilities to recharge the batteries 🔋

Making friends as a kid was easy.

You bonded over your favourite spot in the sandpit. Your favourite stick. Or that particularly impressive lump of mud.

Job done - bezzies for life.

Fast forward a few years and suddenly playing with mud and shooting your favourite gun stick is no longer socially acceptable, and making new friends feels a bit harder...

Everyone's busy. Calendars are full with notes like "take out the brown bin", and suggesting "come look at this cool rock I found?" is apparently frowned upon.

Luckily Round Table is here to help you find your inner child again. From charity bike rides that give back to the community (and give you that childhood nostalgia), to frankly ridiculous events like soapbox racing where high-level engineering skills meet a healthy disregard for self-preservation.

Round Table is the adult equivalent of the sandpit... with less cat poo...

Replace the suit and tie with paintball overalls. Meet some great people. Share that great rock you found. Give back to your local community. Unearth your inner child and we'll see you in the sandpit.

Monday night we got the heads together 🍻 and somehow managed to plan the next 4 events without it descending into complete chaos… (mostly 😅)

🏹 11th May – Archery
Time to find out who’s a natural Robin Hood… and who shouldn’t be trusted with sharp objects 😬🎯

🎾 25th May – Tennis
Wimbledon warm-up pending… strawberries & cream not guaranteed 🍓😂

⚽⛳ 8th June – Footgolf
Because choosing between football and golf is just too much commitment 🤷‍♂️

⛳ 22nd June – Single Iron Golf
Yes… ONE club. No excuses. No dignity.
This will be carnage 🤣
