What help and support are adults, carers etc looking for ??

30/03/2026

So many people struggle with mental health in various ways, doctors and specialists fob you off with medication which does help but not in the ways that you really need.

We all have mental health struggles at some point in our lives, not knowing what to do, where to get help, who can help, who can you talk too without being judged.

I get all the above mental health is a real struggle and we want to help and support and provide that safe space for you to open up, a shoulder to cry on, be just a set of ears to listen and a hand to hold in the hard times.

I will be focusing on our mental health side moving forward to help as many people as possible.

We support adults and children with mental health, adhd, autism and disabilities. We are here to listen free from judgement...

FREE ENTRY

Come along to our show and tell, meet some amazing birds of prey, falcons, owls, etc see the amazing work Alfie himself has been doing alongside his falconer mentor.

From a shy lad who wouldn't leave the house stuck to computers 24-7, wouldn't talk to anyone, since working with these birds it has completely changed him and brought him out of himself, he's more confident and loves talking and teaching others about what he learned.
