Fitness Journey can seem lonely, not because it’s hard.

But because the lifestyle changes & many don’t understand it, and due to everyone having different fitness goals, it’s hard to find your circle of people. It’s hard to find somewhere where you fit in.

On top of that, the mental game you play when you do it all alone, you’re always in your own head. You see yourself differently and you never stick to a long term plan, you constantly adjust based on emotions.

Reason why this happens is because muscle weighs more than fat.

So you can weigh the same but look vastly different. That’s why it’s important that you as a client check in weekly with photos, as we can then gauge if we are slimming down and building muscle, or whether we are just losing weight. Or just stagnating 😁

But when it comes quick, it rarely feels satisfying. There’s no story. No pride. No respect. That’s why being in shape, healthy, and consistent carries so much value. People instantly respect someone who’s clearly fit — because they know how hard it is.
