Our community garden in Llantwit Major is thriving this summer! ๐ŸŒฑ

The gardening group have been hard at work, keeping the plants healthy and watered in the hot weather and harvesting some delicious potatoes. ๐Ÿ 

It's been amazing to see not just the fresh produce coming out of the garden, but also the brilliant team spirit, working together to make it such a special place to be. ๐Ÿ™Œ

We had a fab time at RCT Pride yesterday, with members of our Rhondda Cynon Taff team showcasing Cartrefi in the local community. ๐ŸŒˆ

Celebrating diversity and championing inclusion are core to what we do to support people with learning disabilities, autism and older people. โญ

We are also mindful that while we enjoyed a day of fun and celebration in Pontypridd yesterday, it was very different for the victims of the incident at the Berlin Pride festival in Germany. Our thoughts and condolences are with all those affected.

It's official: the Cartrefi Cwtsh is now OPEN! ๐ŸŽŠ

Over recent months, we've been settling into our new hub in Haverfordwest, the Cartrefi Cwtsh, and yesterday we formally cut the ribbon on our new home in Pembrokeshire. โœ‚๏ธ

It was wonderful to be joined by dozens of people we support, colleagues, families, friends and members of the community for our opening party in the sun. What a way to mark the beginning of a new era for our Pembrokeshire community! ๐Ÿค—

We had a blast with fun activities, delicious food, and plenty of sunshine. The beautiful weather was perfect for taking the party outside to chat and enjoy each other's company.

Our North Wales activity group recently held their very first cookery class in our new Porthmadog hub, where everyone had a fantastic time baking delicious homemade cookies! ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ˜‹
