What's yellow and dangerous? Shark infested custody

It ain't sweet and vanilla
No apple pie and custard
Bourbons and instant tea
And something they call "coffee"
Keep calm you have the power
Hold on to have a shower
When your acting on your morales
Let go of little quarrels
Pick your battles, we will win
Defect and join us, you are kin
Head to toe in gray tracksuits
Back down government smart suits
Strong and powerful, you'll see
It all started in custody

From Friday 5th until midnight on Sunday 7th, every donation up to £35,000 will be doubled. Those matching your donations are not billionaires; they are retired doctors, business owners and actors, all giving their fair share to kick off this new resistance campaign! Give now for double the impact.

Down and out in Athens.

I knew managing my mental health would be one of the top three challenges for me on this trip (the other two being men and the climate crisis).
I've got enough neurodiversities that if you put all the acronyms after my name like a professional, I'd look proper smart!
I have my tools from therapy. I have great virtual support from people around the world. I have decades of experience of dealing with these feelings and suffering. I'm living the life I once thought I wanted to live. I'm free. I'm privileged.

What more do I want? Do I need? To feel ok. I don't need to be happy. Just okish. Just not too bad. Just coping.

When I feel like this. I often go on an adventure to break free.

What do I do when I'm on the adventure and breakdown?

Oh it's been a tough few months.

The road to Rome is full of minor inconveniences!
What a terrible route! I knew it, and considered the train. But I wanted to be on my bike. So had an adventure! Luckily teamed up with some Germans and a Swiss to tackle the hardest river to cross.

Honestly for hundreds of km north of Rome on the coast, there is no passable route for bike or foot, only motorway! Mad!

Anyway, when in Rome, find your bike bits. Mission failed today. Unable to find a host, on my way to try and find a wild camping spot in the city (!?) I find a Palestine camp outside the Termini train station and I'm camping on the streets!
