Fantastic day at Neath Port Talbot’s Children’s Staff Conference and celebration showcasing inspirational and effective work around Trauma Informed Practice within Hillside, a leading secure children’s home that supports children from all over the UK. Also a fascinating presentation on pioneering work on Intersectionality, considering the impact of and how to work with individuals, families and communities where multiple marginalities- that is, factors such as age, race, s*x, s*xual orientation, physical ability and so on may intersect and coalesce. Well done NPT for continuing your pioneering work!
