He managed communication between the hospital, the crematorium, and the church, as well as coordinating the music and live-streaming at the crematorium, allowing distant family and friends to join us. Ben made it incredibly simple for people to donate to charity in lieu of flowers by setting up a hassle-free QR code option.
His care did not stop when the funeral ended; his thoughtful post-service follow-up meant the world to us.
