We believe that nobody should ever feel unsupported, uncomfortable, or stigmatized when talking about periods, and every person should be able to access period products safely and with dignity.

Young people have a right to be heard.

As young people, we experience these issues firsthand. Take the period product schemes in schools, for example.

We know what’s working and what isn’t. We see the gaps.
Yet decisions are made for us, not with us.

If you want to include us, do it properly. Don’t reduce our voices to a formality.

Here’s what we’re asking:
• Talk to us before setting up these schemes.
• Trust us to tell you what actually helps.
• Remove the unnecessary barriers: period products should be easy to get, without shame or suspicion.

This is about more than policies; it’s about respect. So, are you ready to listen and make a real difference? Ahead of MH Day we call for more young voices not just in rooms but having shared power.
