Next weekend 💛

We are hosting a lovely Open Day following Free Barclays Free Park Tennis, Canvey Island 10-11am, then Open Day in the Hub from 12-2pm, with a presentation on what we do at 12.30pm by our CEO Alex.

With refreshments provided, you can walk around the garden and see what gardening club has been doing, play on our free pool table, or free football table, or we can lend you equipment to use the free table tennis table, or tennis equipment as the Council have allowed the courts to be FREE till 5pm!

Look forward to seeing you there, and having a chat about all the fantastic services we offer the young people at Yellow Door 💛

Following investment into the refurbishment tennis courts at KGV, Canvey Island and the success of the Free Park Tennis programme, we would now like to get your views on how else you may like to play tennis at this site, so we can help to shape and access funding to provide additional sessions and opportunities for you to play, that you want.

We would therefore really value your time in completing this survey to help is shape a future community offer and programme on Canvey Island.

Maddie’s Makeup Artistry-Face Painting will be at our King George's Variety Show, offering FREE face painting for young people under 14. Maddie will be available from around 4pm. If you'd like to make a donation it would be appreciated. Please note the face paintings will be small items, not half faces due to the time allocation.

Join us this weekend for Free Park Tennis, and join us for some (early) Halloween Treats in the Yellow Door hub after. Tell your neighbours, your friends, your family. Come along for free fun social tennis, and FREE refreshments after :)

Good news! We have been chosen again as a a Co-op supported local cause.

The Monico Group of Canvey Island, Bar Monico/Jimmy Macs will be supporting our Variety Show with some fundraising at our event to support Yellow Door and Phoenix. Also you can find out more about the fantastically entertaining events they host through the year. Thank you 💛

In addition, with Barclays Free Park Tennis, Canvey Island at 10am, thanks to Castle Point Borough Council we are offering FREE use of the tennis courts until 5pm. Booking recommended but you can turn up and play as long as the courts aren't in use.
