Friends of Campsall Country Park

Friends of Campsall Country Park The rich diverse habitat found at Campsall Country Park includes open grassland, meadow, ponds, wet and dry mixed semi-natural broadleaf and Yew woodland.

There are also some ornamental specimen trees - remnants of the Campsall Hall pleasure garden. The wet woodland is of particular importance as a habitat for avian and invertebrate species. The park is maintained by Doncaster Council. The Friends of Campsall Country Park was re-established in 2010 and the group aims to improve the facilities and the country park for the benefit of everyone living in the surrounding areas.
