So the great excitement for many back to school today … can’t be said for us.

school who failed a child by way of immediate medical treatment. Twice!! for the apparent aiding, abetting and cover up!

Apparently serious head injuries do not meet threshold for ‘investigation’.

He deserves the truth. We deserve the truth.

Adding to it all, the gross and significant failure’s of identification of SEND is one thing, failure of assisting from a fatal accident is another.

It’s called cover up and collusion though!

He should be wearing A school uniform today, instead he’s in home clothes … why, he was failed by those who were there to protect him.

How does a child fall 4ft, receive a blow to the head, concussion and imebtigo I ask. I’ve been denied a mere response.
Five months later another blow to the rear of the head, falling some 8-10 ft … do I believe in God, but someone was watching over him!

He is now out of school for the 67th week, safeguarding MUST be taken seriously along with the need to undertake medical treatment as soon as possible. Head injuries must not be taken lightly.

A reminder for Friday 21st SEND Event gathering

Bringing families together who share a common theme across Cambridgeshire. See you Friday evening.

We do appreciate that it’s the holidays, so please bear with us as we also will be thin on the ground with professionals, but as always, we’re there to engage, talk with, signpost where we can and provide support.

As always, feedback will be welcomed.

Round table advocacy and sen4you prepare for the next parent/carer event for all your SEND Needs, questions, professional advice and more.

Our next session is booked for 21st August at the PrintWorks for 5pm.

Donations are welcomed.

Last months we had a lovely gathering of new faces at the Papworth Printworks. All got the chance to have direct engagement with Mark Small sen4you for legal matters from legal timeframes to preparing pre action documents.

Others got to speak to all those who joined including the wonderful professionals, we were warmly joined and supported by Jenni Bishop Speech and Language therapist and Natalie Robertson Axis Occupational Therapy.

At the last event we welcomed an orderly transfer of parent/carers who were very respectful of each other’s privacy and in discussions with Mark. We will organise a similar arrangement next month.

We look forward to seeing more new faces, already known parents and carers and anyone welcome to join whose been previously, it’s not a one off attendance, coming, engaging with fellow parents/carers is essential, we are here to support on another.

Last nights SEND Event …. I was blown AWAY!

Honestly, I did not expect a full house … 50 + parents, amazing.

Thank you to all those who attended, my sincere apologies that I did not make it round to you all to say hello and engage.

It was lovely to see so many who managed to engage with Mark, and those who got to engage with the professionals who attended and supported, not forgetting the time they gave up from loved ones to engage with Parent’s, discuss SEND and chat freely about those commencing that journey.
