Mr.Khan is the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Quantinuum, but also Vice Chairman of the company and its second largest shareholder after Honeywell.He is the Leader in Residence at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School where he was instrumental in establishing the highly regarded Accelerate Cambridge program of investment in early-stage Cambridge-based deep-science technology companies. He was the inaugural Chairman of The Stephen Hawking Foundation, holding the post until 2019 and the founding Chairman (non-executive) of the Topos Institute. He is also a fellow of St Edmund’s College, Cambridge and he is recognised as one of the founders of the quantum computing industry world-wide, with Cambridge Quantum being the first start up in the quantum software and algorithm sector in 2014. He is a leading voice in the quantum computing and Ai industry globally.
