We’re proud to be supporting Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and Romsey Mill through this year’s Bridge the Gap walk.

It’s fantastic to see Downing College revealed as part of the route, joining Queens’, St John’s and Trinity in giving walkers a special opportunity to experience some of Cambridge’s most iconic college grounds.

Bridge the Gap is always a brilliant celebration of our city and community, while raising vital funds for two incredible local charities.

A big thank you to our volunteers who recently spent an afternoon supporting Emmaus Cambridge.

By helping to sort and prepare donated items, they enabled the team to process donations more quickly, helping generate the vital funds that support Emmaus companions as they work towards rebuilding their lives.

The experience also provided a powerful insight into the scale of the charity’s work and the dedication of the staff, volunteers and companions who make it possible every day.

We've donated more than 200 teddies to support The Red Hen Project Teddy Bear Tombola 🧸

Thanks to the generosity of our team members, our volunteers helped sort and prepare the bears for community events across Cambridge this summer, including Arbury Carnival, The Big Lunch Abbey and Chesterton Festival.

The tombola will help raise vital funds and awareness for The Red Hen Project, which supports children and families in North Cambridge.
