Cambridge Scouts is holding an Open Selection Process for two vital roles, District Chair & District Treasurer, ahead of our September AGM.

These roles are essential in supporting our 1580 Young People and 600 Adult Volunteers.

Our young volunteers will be serving, meeting and greeting the great Cambridge public tomorrow. Do join them at Chesterton Festival, a lovely community event!

Our youngest Section, Squirrels (4 to 6 year olds) is growing at Cambridge Scouts with our 5th drey opening in September. Number 6 & 7 aren't far behind either.

With more adult hands, we could grow the provision for 4 to 6 year olds. For information on how to volunteer:

District Cub Camp 2026 was an absolute hit!

Camp was also a perfect opportunity to recognise 11th/9th Cambridge Scout Group's fantastic Cub Team who received the Commendation Award for going above and beyond for one of their Young People who needs extra support!

As well as celebrating Baloo from 27th Cambridge Scouts 5 years service award.

Let's hope District Cub Camp 2027 can be even bigger!
