🕯️ Tonight: Baby Loss Act of Remembrance 🕯️

Join us for a gentle time of remembrance for anyone affected by pregnancy or baby loss, whether recently or many years ago.

Thursday 15 October, 6.45pm
St Peter’s Church, Papworth Everard, CB23 3QN

There will be music, poems, readings and space for quiet reflection, with candle lighting to coincide with the Global Wave of Light.

Parents, grandparents, family and friends are all welcome, whatever your faith or experience of church. Come as you are, to remember, reflect and be alongside others.

Please note this service taking place in Papworth if you have experienced Baby Loss and would like to attend.

Join us at St Peter’s Church, Papworth Everard, on Thursday 15 October at 6.45pm for a special service remembering babies lost before or after birth.

Through music, poems, readings and quiet reflection, we will make space to remember together. At 7pm, we will light candles as part of the global Wave of Light, joining others around the world in remembrance.

Whether you have experienced baby loss yourself, are supporting someone who has, or simply wish to stand alongside others, you are warmly welcome.

Reminder that we reopen for the new academic year on Wednesday 16th September at 10am - our opening times have changed to 10 -1130. Reminder the church cafe is open from 9 if you wanted to come and have cake beforehand.

We start a brand new register each academic year. We will be taking email addresses at sessions and sending this link out, but if you wanted to be keen and ahead of yourself you are welcome to do this before 16th.

This month we're welcoming everyone to come and join us in two of our churchyards as we explore the plants and animals that can be found in these special spaces! 🌱🐿 There will be activities and refreshments for all ages.

Thank you all for coming this year. We wish you a lovely summer and we'll see you on 16th September at 10am. I will put the new booking in link for the sign in sheet during August. Then if you feel very keen you can do it before the first week back. (We do a new register each academic year as childcare/work patterns etc change)

Reminder cafe will be open from 9 each week if you fancy going there before we open
