Free course for carers.
Is your sleep effected by your caring role, if the answer is yes this course may help.
Feedback from carers who have attended.

πŸ”΅Brilliant tutor, learnt so much and hopefully my sleep will improve!
πŸ”΅ So knowledgeable + understanding, great tutor really understands carers. I took so much from this course.
πŸ”΅I was not sure what I would get from this course, but due to my sleep patterns being awful I decided to go. Really pleased that I did, great tutor with loads of useful information.
πŸ”΅Thank you so much Promas. You provide so really great courses for carers and the sleep workshop was no exception. Brilliant, has made me see things differentlyπŸ˜΄πŸ’€πŸŒ™πŸ˜΄.

Viewing asking for help as a sign of failure is a common trap for carers, but you cannot pour from an empty cup. Refusing help often comes from a fear of being a burden or a belief that no one else can provide the right standard of care. However, accepting support is not a sign that you cannot manage; it is a vital strategy to prevent burnout. πŸ™‚

Looking after yourself is the single most important part of being a carer because you cannot pour from an empty cup. If your own physical or mental health breaks down, you will no longer be able to provide the support that the person you look after relies on. πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚
