West Wales Biodiversity Information Centre

West Wales Biodiversity Information Centre We collect, collate, and disseminate wildlife sightings for Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire

WWBIC collates and manages biological information in the form of species records. Our main database holds approximately 3 million records which are available for conservation and enhancement of biodiversity, both in our region and Wales as a whole through the network of Local Environmental Record Centre's https://www.lercwales.org.uk/ . We have relationships with a wide range of partners in the se

ctor, who support us in a variety of ways; by funding, providing data and in the verification of records and our purpose is to support them by meeting their data needs, managing high quality datasets, and supporting volunteer recorders with software and data requirements.
