Happy Volunteers’ Week!
We’re proud to be connected with amazing organisations like The Sunnywood Project, whose volunteers make such a huge difference in the community. Thank you to every volunteer for your time, passion, and dedication, you truly make things happen! 👏

💚 Happy Volunteers’ Week! 💚

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who make Sunnywood possible.

From supporting events and activities, assisting with youth programmes, leading adventurers, fundraising, marshalling, running aid stations, and so much more: our volunteers are absolutely at the heart of everything we do.

Their time, energy, passion, skills, and dedication help create opportunities for thousands of people to connect with nature, challenge themselves, learn new skills, and improve their wellbeing.

Every contribution makes a difference, and we are truly grateful for all that they do.

Thank you for being part of the Sunnywood community. We simply couldn’t do it without you. 💚

🌟 It’s Volunteers’ Week (1–7 June)!

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who give their time, energy and passion to support our communities 💙
We’re kicking things off by highlighting our ‘Let’s Value Volunteers Fund’, which helped small VCSE groups recognise and thank their amazing volunteers over the festive season.

Thanks to the fund, groups were able to:
• Host special volunteer thank-you events
• Provide specialist equipment to support their roles
• Help cover volunteers’ out-of-pocket expenses

We’re so proud to support the organisations making a real difference and ensuring volunteers feel valued every step of the way. Take a look at our awarded grants page below to see the fantastic VCSE groups we’ve supported, along with other grants and projects:
