What a weekend!

We had a Fabulous time in London for the London Monopoly Run.

We had 3 teams this year- Scrambled Legs, Mind The Gap! & Run Forest Run.

Teams raced around London by Bus, Boat, Tube and foot gathering points by visiting board locations,completing sets, chance card and community chest tasks and bonus pop-ups!

A huge thank you to our friends at 12th Enfield Scouts for their incredible hospitality for yet another year โค๏ธ.

They have an incredible facility - allowing us to enjoy beautiful campfires both nights, as well as a disco!
Best of all not having to faff with tents by kipping indoors.

Fun had and important life skills learnt- we now have some happy but shattered kiddos indulging in some minibus karaoke ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ.

Endlessly proud of this bunch for smashing all they go for!

Incredibly proud of this crazy bunch๐Ÿคช!

Last week they absolutely smashed Camel Run ๐Ÿ’ช.

They navigated through the night using only a map and compass. Covering a route over 10 miles long! Oh and we threw 8 challenge bases in there for good measure ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Although we let St Maybn have the trophy this year we kept our streak strong securing both second and third place ๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰.

Everyone was still smiling when I got in in the morning so i think its safe to say they enjoyed it.

Looking forward to next years festivities (and the return of our trophy๐Ÿ†๐Ÿคž)๐Ÿช๐Ÿช.

We are so incredibly proud of this amazing bunch for being selected to represent us, Cornwall and the UK at the World Scout Jamboree in Poland ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ next summer!!

Huge congratulations to Martin for being selected for the leadership team !

We are so grateful to be able send 7 of our explorers along on this incredible adventure.

They will Join 3 other leaders and 29 other young people ( including 2 incredible scouts from 3rd Bude) from across the county in training, fundraising and bonding to prepare for their trip.

We wish them all the best and we hope you will join us in supporting them throughout their journey.
