Seamus's and the team were out and about today for event 12 of his 26 in 26 raising money for some amazing charities.

Thank you for everyone who was involved and made this event happen, as you can see Dexter and Rosie had a great morning meeting everyone and sneaking a cheeky pancake or two in at the same time.

Keep following Seamus's as he continues with his challenges πŸ’ͺ

Thank you Cossum Swim Schools for inviting us to your event. The team had a wonderful day.

Not every training day comes with sunshine and blue skies πŸŒ§οΈβ›°οΈ

Today our open area search dog teams from Search and Rescue Dog Association Ireland North were out in the hills putting in the hard work in typical Irish weather β€” cold, wet and cloudy conditions that test both handlers and dogs alike.

Training in all environments is vital to maintaining operational readiness, building endurance, improving search techniques and ensuring our teams are prepared for real-world deployments at any hour and in any conditions.

Unfortunately, training was cut short after our teams were tasked to respond to a live call out. That ability to transition immediately from training to operational deployment highlights the dedication and professionalism of all our volunteers.

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to give up their time to keep these highly skilled search dog teams operational.

🚨 Always Ready
🐾 Training to save lives

Call Out – Donaghmore Area

In the early hours of this morning, SARDA IN were tasked to assist in the Donaghmore area following reports of a missing child.

Following coordinated search efforts alongside emergency service partners, Rosie and Fenrir successfully located the child, who was safely reunited with their family shortly afterwards.

A fantastic outcome and reminder of the importance of rapid multi-agency response, teamwork, and the dedication of all volunteers involved through the night.

Well done to everyone involved, and we are very pleased to see the child returned safely home. πŸ’™πŸΎ

β˜•οΈ A Massive Brew-tiful Thank You to Elmwood!

We are absolutely blown away! The team at Elmwood has gone above and beyond, raising a staggering amount through their coffee money collection in support of SARDA IN.

Thanks to their hard work and the generosity of everyone who grabbed a cup, they raised an incredible:

β€‹βœ¨ Β£817.00 ✨

"A huge thank you to everyone at Elmwood. It’s amazing to see how a simple daily coffee can turn into a life-saving resource for search and rescue."

We are incredibly grateful to be chosen as the beneficiaries of this initiative. It’s partnerships like these that ensure we can continue to be there for the community when it matters most.

Cheers to the Elmwood team for their amazing support! β˜•οΈπŸΎ

Last week, Elmwood Protection Services was proud to host a Charity Coffee Morning with a Difference at Rosemount House and what a success it was!

Swapping cake for hot dogs proved to be a winning formula, and we were delighted to welcome two very special guests: Floss and Buzz, the incredible four legged heroes from SARDIN – Search & Rescue Dog Ireland North, along with their dedicated handlers, Catherine and Raph. It was fantastic to see them in action and learn more about the vital, life saving work they do.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, donated, baked, and bought raffle tickets, we raised an amazing Β£817, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to SARDIN.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success!
