Enpi / Empi πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

The short answer is that my Nihongo Sensei says either is acceptable. I have old karate textbooks that have both spellings but I prefer empi.

The Japanese spelling is 燕飛 or γˆγ‚“γ΄ or エンピ

I don't think there's any official English spelling, but Japanese people will say it with lips closed on the consonant sound so I use "m". This is in line with the Traditional Hepburn system.

The character "γ‚“" or "ン" is often translated as "n" though, despite being pronounced differently depending on what follows it. People who favour Modern Hepburn would do this. I think most people don't give it that much thought though πŸ˜‚
