Canberra B(I)8/B.6 Mod WT333 was retired from service in 1993 and subsequently put up for disposal and following purchase was delivered by air from the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency Farnborough on 28th January, 1995 by Classic Aviation Projects Ltd. Registered as G-BVXC on 9th January, 1995, this delivery flight was to be her final flight for she was then used as a spares source for her t

wo sister Canberras WK163 and XH568 which were, respectively, maintained in an airworthy condition for some time. Subsequently, as an airframe, Treble Three was sold to a small team of aviation enthusiasts who later refitted her with a pair of Avon 109 engines and is now maintained in ground running condition by Canberra WT333 Operating Team at Bruntingthorpe.
