The ducklings are growing up fast. The goose sat on 2 eggs and after all of that time spent sitting on the eggs hatched one gosling. The gosling receives a lot of attention and protection from mom, dad and auntie. The ducklings go out on the pond during the day and come in at night .

Thank you for your generous donations. The recent justgiving Veterinary Medicines Appeal has raised £600 of the £600 target.
We currently have 22 ducklings that have hatched at Goatsgalore, 12 are allowed out each day and stay on pond with their mother. They come in at night to protect them from peditors.
In the next coming days I will have to start another justgiving campaign to raise funds for our 2026/27 hay appeal. Hopefully if we have enough rain the price of hay will fall.
At least the grass has started to grow, but we are still currently feeding hay outside.

Thank you to everyone that supports Goatsgalore in many different ways.

I'm glad to say the grass has started to grow. We are still feeding hay and recently purchased 10 round bales of hay costing £750. We have been very fortunate to of been awarded a grant to purchase a new triple mobile fieldshelter.
One of our wild ducks has recently hatched 13 ducklings, I managed to catch the duck and ducklings and they are safe living in a crow proof stable. Thank you to one of our supporters for donating a lovely new wheelbarrow to Goatsgalore.
100% of the money raised is spent on the animals in our care. Run by unpaid volunteers.

Thank you for your generous donations. You have raised £830 of £800 target towards our December and January Animal Food Appeal.
The goats have enjoyed the Christmas trees donated by the public. They are having to spend more time indoors due to the poor weather.
Thank you again for your support.
