✨ Another Wonderful Testimonial for Let's Talk Better CIC event: Unmasked: The Power of Speaking Our Truth ✨

We are incredibly grateful to receive such heartfelt feedback from those who attended our recent Unmasked event.

Hearing how the event resonated with people, sparked reflection, encouraged open conversations, and created a safe space for connection reminds us why these conversations matter so much.

A huge thank you to these two wonderful attendees Sushma Raval and Alex Best - Bromley Mencap for sharing their experience and for being part of a movement that is helping to break the stigma, challenge the taboos, and encourage us all to remove the masks we often wear.

💜 Your words, support, and presence mean more than you know.

Every story shared, every conversation started, and every person who walked through the door contributed to making Unmasked a truly powerful and impactful event.

Together, we are creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered to embrace their authentic selves.

Thank you for believing in the vision of Let's Talk Better CIC and for helping us continue to raise awareness around mental health, wellbeing, and the hidden challenges that so many people face in silence.

✨ The conversation doesn't end here. This is just the beginning.

"Your feedback fuels our mission. Thank you for helping us create meaningful conversations that inspire understanding, connection, and change." 💜✨

🌟 Joyful June: Small Actions, Big Impact 🌟

I came across this Joyful June calendar from Action for Happiness and thought it was too good not to share. I know that we are 7 days in, but it's never too late!

In a world that often encourages us to focus on what’s missing, these simple daily actions remind us to pause and notice what’s already good, meaningful, and joyful in our lives.

What I love about this calendar is that none of the suggestions requires money, special skills, or huge amounts of time. They are simple, small, intentional actions that can have a powerful impact on our mental health and wellbeing.

So why not start with these daily actions such as:
✨ Sharing a smile
✨ Expressing gratitude
✨ Spending time in nature
✨ Reaching out to a friend
✨ Noticing something beautiful
✨ Doing something kind...

These moments may seem small, but they help us build stronger emotional resilience, improve our mood, strengthen relationships, and create positive ripples that extend far beyond ourselves.

At Let's Talk Better CIC and Zeenat Noorani The Clarity Coach, we often talk about the importance of proactive wellbeing. Looking after our mental health isn't always about making dramatic changes. Often, it's the consistent, everyday actions that make the biggest difference.

When we choose kindness, gratitude, connection, and positivity, we not only support our own wellbeing we influence the wellbeing of those around us. Positive emotions are contagious, and one small act can brighten someone else's day more than we realise.

Why not take on the Joyful June challenge?
📌 Save this calendar.
📌 Share it with your family, friends, colleagues, and communities.
📌 Choose one action each day and notice how it makes you feel.
📌 Encourage others to join you.
Together, we can create more conversations, more connections, and more moments of joy.

Because when we look after our wellbeing, we help create happier, kinder, and stronger communities.

At Let's Talk Better C.I.C (LTB), we truly value and appreciate the importance of PR & Media — because visibility creates impact, conversations create change, and storytelling builds connection.

Zeenat Noorani The Clarity Coach Co-Founder & Director of LTB, has seen first-hand the value of having an expert PR & Media Consultant like Darren Weale from In Tune PR, also our Co-Founder. His expertise, strategic thinking, industry insight, and media connections have brought enormous value to our organisation and mission.

Many businesses focus heavily on social media and marketing, both of which are important, but PR & Media are very different.
Social media often focuses on:
• Posting content
• Engagement and visibility
• Promotions and advertising

💫 PR & Media focuses on:
• Building credibility and trust
• Creating authority and recognition
• Sharing stories with wider audiences
• Exposure through press, magazines, radio, podcasts, and TV
• Long-term awareness and influence

PR opens doors that traditional marketing alone often cannot.
Through Darren’s expertise and media connections, LTB has gained exposure across numerous media platforms, helping amplify conversations around mental health, wellbeing, breaking stigmas, and community impact.

Some highlights include:
✨Zeenat Noorani featured in Pick Me Up! magazine as “One In A Million”
✨ Described as a “beautiful campaign” on BBC Radio London by Kath Melandri
✨ Support from author Max Dickins and journalist Alex Renton
✨ Featured on the Mindset Matters Radio Show and Business Bunker on Channel Radio
✨ Coverage in Life In Orpington, Life In Bromley, County Chronicle, and News Shopper
✨ Invited to display at TEDx Beckenham
✨ Mentioned multiple times on BBC Radio London by Eddie Nestor

This level of exposure is about far more than “being seen.” It builds trust, reputation, opportunities, partnerships, and wider community impact.
Many businesses, charities, CICs, and entrepreneurs could benefit from understanding the true value of PR & Media support. Sometimes the difference between staying unnoticed and becoming recognised is simply having the right story shared in the right places.

At LTB, we’re incredibly grateful to have strong PR & Media expertise within our leadership team, helping us continue to grow our voice and create positive change far beyond social media alone.

If you’d like to learn how PR & Media can support your business growth and visibility, connect with Darren at In Tune PR.

Today was more than just an event at it was a moment of truth, connection, and courage.

Unmasked: The Power of Speaking Our Truth brought together an incredible community of voices willing to show up, be seen, and be heard. From powerful speaker insights to the deeply personal messages written on our masks, every moment reminded us of one thing… when we feel safe, we open up.

There was something truly special in the room today. Strangers became connections, stories became bridges, and silence was replaced with honesty. The masks told stories of strength, fear, hope breakthrough, and healing… a reflection of the journeys we often carry quietly.

To our speakers Emma Meheux ; our exhibitors Bromley & Greenwich Kumaris Croydon
and our sponsors Home Care Beckenham Orpington; Cllr Jonathan Andrews MUniv and every single person who attended… thank you for your openness, your energy, and your willingness to lean into meaningful conversations. You helped create a space where authenticity of unmasking was not just encouraged, it was embraced.

✨ The message we leave with:
Your truth matters. Your voice matters. And you never have to carry it alone.

This is just the beginning… let’s keep the conversation going.

Stay connected. Stay open. Stay unmasked.

A recent article from The Guardian has highlighted a worrying rise in online risks and exploitation affecting children and young people across the UK.
Read more here: https://www.theguardian.com/.../children-uk-report-online...?

As a coach working closely with children, young people, and families, this is not surprising… but it is deeply concerning.
Because what we’re seeing is not just a safety issue.
It’s an emotional wellbeing crisis.

Many children today are experiencing:
• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Fear and shame
• Low confidence and withdrawal
• Difficulty expressing what they’re going through
And often, they don’t speak up.
Instead, it shows up in behaviour changes, school avoidance, emotional outbursts, or silence.
In my work as The Clarity Coach, I support children who are struggling to process emotions they don’t yet have the tools or language to understand.

At the same time, I speak to many parents who feel:
“I don’t know what’s going on with my child”
“I don’t know how to support them”
“I just want them to be okay”

This is the reality many families are facing right now.
We cannot just focus on controlling the external environment.
We must also support children internally, helping them feel safe, heard, and understood.
And just as importantly, we need to support parents too.

So I’d really like to open up this conversation:
➡️ What changes have you noticed in children or young people recently?
➡️ Do you feel confident supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing?
➡️ What support do you think parents need more of right now?

Your voice matters. Let’s talk 💬
