The Conversation We Keep Avoiding:
Death.
Dying.
End-of-life wishes.
They are words many of us struggle to say out loud.
We tell ourselves, “There will be time.”
But sometimes, time does not arrive in the way we expected.
This upcoming event, Dying Well Matters - Conversations That Count, is an opportunity to begin the conversations that many families avoid until they are suddenly forced to have them.
What would matter most to you?
Where would you want to be cared for?
Whom would you want making decisions if you couldn't?
Have your loved ones ever heard your wishes?
These aren't easy questions; however, they are deeply important ones.
This event brings together professionals, organisations and community services who can help you understand the choices, support and practical steps available when thinking about illness, dying, caring and planning ahead.
You don't have to have all the answers.
Sometimes, the most important thing is simply knowing where to begin.
💗 Join us for a compassionate conversation that could make a meaningful difference to you and the people you love.
