Stroud Community Land Trust is a registered charity set up in 2001 to protect and enhance green spaces for people and wildlife. In that time, we’ve developed many local projects, from community orchards and walking festivals to the £150,000 restoration of the pleasure grounds of a long-lost Victorian Mansion, with a Grand Opening during the Jubilee weekend. We’ve also worked with some amazing memb

ers of the Stroud community to create a network of community green spaces or Pocket Parks across the town. The Trust still manages the Lake At The Lawn and owns the Uplands Community Orchard. It also funds an eco-project on a 2-hectare small-holding in France.
