🎄 Merry Christmas from TheBMC100! 🎄

As we celebrate this festive season, let's take a moment to prioritize our mental health and well-being. Christmas can be a joyful time, but it can also bring stress and challenges. Here are a few friendly reminders:

✨ Check in with yourself and others: Reach out to friends, family, or your community. A simple conversation can brighten someone’s day.

✨ Take time for self-care: Whether it's a walk, a favorite hobby, or just some quiet moments to yourself, make space for what brings you peace.

✨ Stay safe: Protect your physical and mental health. It's okay to say no to things that feel overwhelming.

✨ Be kind to yourself: Remember, you’re doing the best you can, and that’s enough.

We’re here to remind you that you’re never alone. Let's continue building a community of support, strength, and empowerment. Here's to a safe, warm, and joyful holiday season for all!

💬 How are you taking care of your mental health this Christmas? Share below—we'd love to hear your tips!

❤️I entered through the back door❤️

❤️‍🩹Today’s the day❤️‍🩹

❤️‍🩹The cast and crew have worked hard all week and been on a emotional roller coaster to co create a high energy interactive production that highlights and addresses how mental illness if not treated properly affect the lives of others who interact with them.

❤️‍🩹We’ve engaged with laughter, tears , arguments, debates, and learned from a range of personal experiences that will be cherished and remembered for a long time.

❤️‍🩹Massive shout out to all those people (including yourself) who haven’t felt okay recently, but are getting up every day and refusing to quit.

❤️‍🩹I’m deeply grateful and a BIG heartfelt thank you to everyone that has shared their personal experiences with me and allowed us to collaborate together to identify a community culture shift that is needed to support people with mental health issues on a individual and collective level as well as identify the policy solutions that are needed to improve our lives that we long for.

❤️‍🩹Alongside the government we must pledge, commit to take bolder action to uplift voices, and promote healing and wellbeing to build an accountable mentally healthier non-stigmatised future for Ghana.

❤️I exit stage left.
