M&M Mysteries - Paranormal Investigations

11/08/2026

The door to Diane Pritchard’s room opens by itself… 👀🚪

Paranormal activity at — or a perfectly normal explanation?

🔎 Matt’s theory: The doorframe and latch appear to be warped, meaning the door may not latch securely. A slight movement or vibration could potentially be enough for it to open on its own.
For Matt, this one has a completely rational explanation.
But we want to know what YOU think. 👻
Debunked… or is there something we’ve missed?

The video you’ve been waiting for… 👀

3 POVs of the pram falling down the stairs at .

So… what actually happened?

🔎 Matt’s theory: The pram was already sitting very close to the edge. With us repeatedly walking up and down the stairs, vibrations may have caused tiny movements until its centre of gravity eventually shifted far enough for it to fall.

👻 Mandie’s theory: The pram was pushed.

We genuinely don’t agree on this one — and our review and discussions are still ongoing.

That’s why we’re giving you all three camera angles.

Watch them. Compare them. Slow them down.

What do YOU think happened?

We’ll also be putting together a full YouTube review where we’ll go through the footage, the positioning of the pram, what was happening beforehand, and everything else we captured so you can investigate it alongside us.

Natural movement… or something else? 👀

Hi everyone! 👻

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us live for our investigation of 30 East Drive! We have genuinely never had so many people watching an investigation with us, and we really appreciate every single one of you who came along for the night. ❤️

We've now started the mammoth task of going through all of our footage, and there is a LOT to review — especially the moment the pram suddenly went down the stairs! 👀

We'll hopefully have some interesting captures and moments to share with you over the next few days, so keep an eye on the page!

We also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who sent donations during the live. Every penny donated to M&M Mysteries goes towards our charity fundraising, and this year we're raising money for the Alzheimer's Society. 💙

Thank you again for your incredible support, your donations, and for experiencing 30 East Drive alongside us.

Now... time to start reviewing the evidence. 🎧👻

Are you sick of my posts yet? 😜

Whilst you've all been enjoying (or tolerating! 😂) the daily countdown to our investigation at 30 East Drive, we've also been busy behind the scenes planning our annual charity fundraiser for Alzheimer's Society.

We're excited to say that we think we've found the perfect location! 👀 Nothing is confirmed just yet, as we're still working through the finer details with the venue, but it's all looking very promising.

We genuinely can't wait to share more with you all and, with your support, we're hoping to make this our biggest and most successful fundraiser yet! 💜

Watch this space... -Matt
