Want to make a difference? 🌿

We’re looking for volunteers to join our Hoppy team, supporting our award-winning (ahem!) care home sessions.

We provide full training and cover expenses, so all you need to bring is yourself.

A few hours of your time can mean the world to someone else. 💚

Over the last two weeks, we’ve kicked off a new season of Hoppiness sessions in care homes. The first sessions introduced the project through reminiscence activities and gardening, and include planting a hop rhizome in each garden. 🌿

This year, we’re thrilled to be working with five care homes - a significant increase from the past three years of Hoppiness. Plenty of stories have already been shared, but the highlight so far was meeting David at Glebe House - he and his wife used to grow hops in their back garden and brew their own beer in the kitchen. We’re looking forward to picking David’s brains over the coming growing and harvesting seasons! 🍺

Merry Christmas, good will and to all !!!
