Annual General Meeting - 21st March 2026

You’re invited to our AGM, join us online or in person

Whether you’re curious about joining the committee, want to learn more about what we do, or simply fancy meeting the team, you are most welcome.

What to expect at the AGM
The meeting will begin at 3pm, and we’ll be voting in the executive committee positions: The executive committee positions are Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. In addition, we have other committee roles with specific responsibilities, including Members’ Secretary, Web Manager, McAllister House Manager, and Hales House Manager.

After the voting, we’ll hold a short committee meeting, followed by refreshments and cake.

If you’re joining online, you’re warmly invited to stay on the call for a virtual slice of cake, a chat, and the chance to ask any questions.

Thinking about volunteering?
We’re always looking for new volunteers to get involved in a low‑key, flexible way. If you’re interested in supporting BAKPA, the AGM is a perfect opportunity to meet us and see what we’re about.

We’re currently a group of around nine regular volunteers, and we’d love to welcome more people on board. There are plenty of ways to contribute, depending on your interests and availability. We meet once every two months in the Southmead area and you can also join these meetings online.
