The Imperial and Royal Dragon Order was originally founded in 1409 as a resolution to an international situation. That situation has passed, and it is now time for the real qualities of the Dragon kin to reveal themselves and for us to begin to fulfil our purpose as a Knightly order which is for us to provide a respite in times of need and a direction in times of chaos.
