Big Sunday is an event in Brighton run by Mothers Uncovered for mums to take time out and refuel physically and emotionally through a wide variety of creative and exercise classes and holistic therapies. That way they can go back out into the world and be the women and the mothers they want to be. Post Natal Depression affects one in five mothers and the costs are high, both emotionally; to mums a

nd their families, and financially to the state. It is often fun and rewarding, but also exhausting, unpaid and largely unsupported. Big Sunday's range of workshops and therapies are selected in line with NICE guidelines to boost mental health, enabling mothers to continue their valuable work and enjoy being part of a wider community of mums.
