I shared recently that I’ll be holding three women’s circles across the summer - and I’ve spent some time feeling into the themes and shape of each gathering 🌿

Rather than three separate events, they’re beginning to feel like a gentle seasonal arc:

🌞 Return & Arrival
🌿 Opening & Expression
🌼 Softening & Nourishment

Each circle stands alone, but together they create a soft journey through the peak of the season - a space to pause, reconnect, and come back to yourself amongst other women.

These gatherings will be held in the yurt near Lewes, in a small and intimate group, with space for grounding, reflection, sharing, movement, stillness, song, tea, cake, connection, and simply being human together.

I’ve also now created separate Eventbrite pages for each date with more detail, so it’s easier to read about each circle individually and book whatever feels right for you.

You’re very welcome to join one, two, or all three ♡

Love,
Bonnie

Summer can be beautiful, but also full.

Full of plans, people, movement…
and sometimes, a quiet drifting away from yourself in the midst of it all.

These circles are an invitation to return.

To pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect with yourself, in good company.

If that resonates, I’d love to have you there.

(And if you’ve been curious about my longer-term circles, this is a gentle way to experience the space without needing to commit to something ongoing.)

Details are in the slides above.

And if finances are a barrier, please do get in touch - we’ll find a way 🤍

There’s something about sitting together, in circle, that reminds you of what really matters.
Nothing complicated.
Just being human, together.

A little insight into what actually happens in these circles 🤍

I know stepping into something like this can feel uncertain if you’ve never experienced it before.

There’s no pressure to share.

No expectation to have anything figured out.

No need to show up in any particular way.

You’re simply met where you are.

There is a gentle structure that holds the space, so you don’t have to think about what comes next.

I’ll always guide you into the circle, and from there, we follow what feels real and present.

At the heart of it, these are sharing spaces.
Spaces to be heard, or to quietly witness - both are equally welcome.

And something tends to shift when we allow ourselves to be in spaces like that, regularly.

Things soften.

Perspective opens.

What felt heavy often feels a little lighter.

If you’ve been curious but unsure, this is your reassurance that you don’t need to “be ready.”

You can just come as you are 🤍

Hello lovely people! Thank you for being here 🤍

This is the space I dedicate to the women’s circles I hold.

I usually keep the focus on the circles, but I wanted to share a little more of the human behind them.

The truth is, my life isn’t polished, not at all!

It’s full - sometimes beautiful, sometimes messy, often both at once.

It feels deeply aligned with what matters to us as a family, but that comes with its own stretching…

what gets prioritised, what gets let go, and the moments of feeling unsure or overwhelmed along the way.

There have been seasons of feeling adrift,
and moments of grief for things that didn’t, or won’t, come to be.

And I’ve come to see how much of that is shared.

Beneath the surface of our lives,
so many of us carry the same things -

the longing to be seen,
the doubt,
the tenderness,
the desire to just be as we are.

Spaces where that is welcomed - not fixed or rushed - can be quietly powerful.

And often, deeply healing.

That’s what I aim to offer through the circles I hold.

A space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself, alongside other women doing the same.

I’ll be sharing a little more soon about ways to step into these spaces more regularly, if that’s something you’ve been feeling drawn to.

If you’ve been here a while, or you’re new here - you’re very welcome here 🤍
