We're proud to say that In just 6 months, our small team of doorknockers has spoken to over 1,000 households, with 500 of them signing up to the pledge to boycott Israeli goods.
Excluding the 389 households which weren't in when we knocked, that's over 70% of households contacted supporting the boycott, an incredible level of local opposition to Apartheid. Still more neighbours took a leaflet from us or asked us to come back another time.
We've done this with just a little time and effort every month, and it is paying off already. We talk to our neighbours for an hour every month, canvassing different streets, and more than 2 in 3 of them sign up to support the boycott right there and then. If you come and canvass with us, you might find you are surrounded by people who feel the same way as you!
